Rihanna’s former NYC penthouse, and two others in the same building, will hit the auction block

Rihanna’s former New York penthouse and two others in the same building that have been on and off the market — sometimes for more than a decade — are returning to low-priced auctions to try to seal the deal.

In November. On the 13th, these three Midtown movies that once fetched $50 million — and previously home, over the years, to Rihanna, French Montana and former New York Yankees star Rougned “Rougie” Odor — will be auctioned with a minimum reserve bid of $30 million.

The units can also be purchased separately with a reserve bid of between $10 million and $12 million each. If combined, they would create an 8,000-square-foot triplex — but they come without outdoor space.

Misha Haghani, founder and CEO of Paramount Realty USA, is auctioning the residences with Corcoran’s Sebastian Lopera.

The units are on floors 45 to 47, with an additional room on the 48th floor that can be used as an office, gym or studio. All together, the units include 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and three powder rooms. The seller is Assa Properties, which developed the building in 2010.
